The pageant is owned and organized by the CHIROPRACTIC DIPLOMATIC CORPS (a non-profit organization) is registered in Canada and has an office in the PHILIPPINES and INDIA. It is distinctive given that it is the sole competition that focuses on the importance of Spine-health (Posture), naturally healthy lifestyles, and alternative health treatment through chiropractic. Another factor that sets it apart from the rest is, that the pageant has an Essay Round that emphasizes the criticalities and spinal health.

The secondary objective is also to create awareness of spinal health through chiropractic and create awareness of the importance of setting up Chiropractic Schools in India by Chiropractic India a registered Non-Profit Trust.
